A Trio of Burgers
Beef with aged cheddar, Dijon, lettuce & tomato, and speared with a cornichon
Braised Beef Shortrib with blue cheese, and speared with a red cherry tomato
Veggie with smoked mozzarella, smoky bbq sauce and crispy onions, and speared with a yellow cherry tomato

‘Roman’ Fritto Misto
Fried herbs and market vegetables, playfully presented and served in brown butcher paper cones

Tuscan Antipasto Station
Artisanal salami, prosciutto and assorted charcuterie; Italian cheeses, marinated olives, crudite, white bean dip, focaccia, ciabatta and parmesan-herb breadsticks

1st Course

Marinated Burrata & Heirloom Tomato Salad
Burrata lightly marinated with fennel seed, lemon zest, fresh basil & oregano and heirloom tomatoes from Cropthorne Farm

Green Salad
Cropthorne Farm mixed baby lettuces, arugula, escarole, shaved fennel and edible flowers

Artisan Breads
With extra-virgin olive oil and balsamic for dipping

 

2nd Course

Gnocchi Arrabiatta
House-made gnocchi with spicy tomato sauce, fresh basil, and shaved parmigiano

 

3rd Course

‘Bistecca Fiorentino’
Thick, dry-aged T-bone steaks grilled on site to MR, sliced and served off the bone

Grilled Arctic Char
Whole sides of wild Arctic Char, grilled and served rare with a preserved lemon and while wine sauce

Rosemary Roasted Fingerling & German Butter Potatoes

Crispy White, Purple & Romanesco Cauliflower
With capers, herbs and shaved parmigiano

Mini Grilled Cheese Sandwiches & French Fries
