What could be finer than an outdoor bbq wedding on beautiful Bowen Island. Signature Pimms cocktails were tray passed along with a lovely
selection of hot and cold hors doeuvres to start. Guests were then treated to a fabulous West Coast buffet consisting of Skeena River wild salmon filets marinated in Jamaican
rum, demerara sugar and dill
grilled and served with
mango salsa and "Tuscan" Country Grilled Chicken.
