A client appreciation cocktail reception held at the beautiful Rocky Mountaineer Rail Station for 300 people. We had 11 servers on-hand to make sure guests were feted like medal winning athletes. Nine hors d'oeuvres were served including Mini Yorkshire Puddings with AAA beef tenderloin, Pulled Pork & Mini Corn Muffins and marinated Beef Carpaccio on a crisp crostini with tarragon aioli and crispy shallots. Organization of the overall event was handled by Bright Ideas Event Coordinators.
