restrictions
• The wrap-up time for events varies depending on the day of the week
• All ground décor (tables, linens, and floor based décor) must be removed by 3:00am
• Audio, lighting and staging must be removed immediately after the event
• All equipment must be loaded in and out of a loading bay – NOT through doors. If there is an obstacle preventing the loading in or out through the loading bays, plywood must be placed over entrance mats.
• Any supplier not compliant with this may be subject to replacement charges or cleaning of the mats if damage were to occur
