Tracy is one of those rare native born Vancouverites
who has returned to her roots after extended stays
in Edmonton and Kansas of all places. She has given
our kitchen strong direction and thankfully for
us leads by example!
Tracy's Last Meal
Sweetbreads to start, followed by soft shell crab,
then Salt Spring Island lamb, and all of it washed
down with buckets of good wine...then for dessert;
grilled peaches with peppercorn-balsamic glaze and
crumbled stilton, with a really good glass of Port!
(Tracy will not go quietly into this good night...)
