Tracy was born in New Zealand and raised in Vancouver. She has spent time in some of the best hotel kitchens across the country including the Pan Pacfic Hotel here in Vancouver.

Tracy's Last Meal
Sweetbreads to start, followed by soft shell crab, then Salt Spring Island lamb, and all of it washed down with buckets of good wine...then for dessert; grilled peaches with peppercorn-balsamic glaze and crumbled stilton, with a really good glass of Port!

(Tracy will not go quietly into this good night...)
