Ruth Low Accountant
	Ruth has been a saviour for us. She has a vast amount of restaurant accounting experience having done the books for Rodney's Oyster Bar as well as the Spectrum Group. Ruth doesn't play any instruments that we know of, but she's a virtuoso on the calculator!
