and fresh pasta lover...I once had a most memorable dinner in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. It featured complete whole abalones served to each guest. Also on the menu was a giant freshwater prawn that lives in nearby Malaysian rivers. These prawns were served whole and are 30 cm (12 inches) and more in length. They sit on your plate like a small lobster and were tender with a slightly more delicate flavour than other prawns. My last meal would be a recreation of this wonderful dinner. |
