Cocktail equipment on hand Farm has 8 10x10 Pop up Tents and 10 6’
Folding Tables and 8 Picnic Tables. BBQ is available, with no propane
supplied or utensils. Some electrical capacity, but generators are
recommended. kitchen facilities Very small kitchen that is very
limited in it’s use. outdoor amenities photos An actual
working farm, with chickens and bees, Wander the apple orchard,
childrens garden. or walk the 45 min. “Nature Trail”. A sunning venue on
a sunny summer day. availability Fri and Sat evening events must end
by 11PM, with all guests off site by midnight. Weeknight events must
end by 10:00PM. There are no lights at the farm after dark on site.
Fire Pit Permit required from UBC if having a bonfire. Emergency
Response plan needed for groups of 100 or more if serving alcohol.
Washrooms not handicapped accessible. Portable washroom rental required
for groups over 50 people. parking 10-12 Cars on site, some informal
parking on the road, and parking 10 min away at the mall. amplified
music Moderate levels of noise OK. alcohol Need to apply for an events
license and clear it with the UBC RCMP and BCLDB one month before the
event. cost All costs are communicated via the contact from UBC Farms
