Age old family curing techniques meet a new adventurous generation and the result couldn't be more surprising and delicious. Their cured salamis, featuring ingredients like figs and fennel, are spectacular and you can taste evrything.

Moccia's has a number of fresh food items as well, including a sausage stuffed boneless chicken that really has to be tried.
