We met Pam Kraemer and her partner Ron of Dulcet Cuisine at the Portland Farmers Market on a sunny Saturday morning and absolutely fell in love with her condiments. Her award-winning sauces are all natural and bursting with flavour.
We've used her Moroccan Mustard as a marinade on our flank steak for a while now and it is to die for! Thankfully we don't have to travel to Portland every weekend to stock up as there is a source closer to home at none other than Urban Fare on Davie.
Then again, heading back to the farmers market in Portland isn't such a bad idea as its undoubtedly the best we've ever experienced.
