In an unassuming part of town, south of Kent Ave., lies Vancouver's best seafood supplier. We've used Deluxe Seafood exclusively from day one.

They've got a great product, and equally important, are extremely knowledgeable about the product they do sell.

Rob has been a great help in supplying information for our ocean wise program. Ocean Wise is a program create by the Vancouver Aquarium that encourages food producers to switch to more sustainable seafood choices.

As an interesting side note we've been going down to the docks in Steveston for our albcore tuna that we then have cold smoked at Bruce's Country Market in Maple Ridge.

The results are spectacular!
