Catering is often done under (let's just say) challenging conditions...setting up a fully functioning temporary kitchen in a classroom is a bit outside the norm, but none of this was of any concern to guests attending an exclusive sit-down dinner at the Vancouver Art Gallery.
Expectations were high so we really had to be on our toes to deliver on all counts. The inside forecourt was made over beautifully with chivari chairs and linens, courtesy of Lonsdale Rentals, as well as florals from the Flower Factory. The staff at the gallery made doing our job very easy, and big thanks to J.D. for having us do the event - we had a blast!
