Things to think about
• The time of day of your catered event: this will have a bearing on the type and quantity of food
• Hot or Cold: If you're planning on serving hot hors d'oeuvres is there a suitable kitchen on site or does one need to be created?
• Take care when matching food with the drinks you're serving
• Have twice as many glasses available for the number of guests expected. Don't forget wine, champagne and martini glasses if you're serving all three. Also, remember to chill your martini glass. The best way is to fill them with ice, add cold water, and let them sit for 10 minutes.
• Have a good selection of non alcoholic drinks, with coffee available towards the end of the evening
