A "Blue Plate Special" was a term used in the United States in the 1920's through to the 1950's and refers to a value-priced meal offered at restaurants and cafes.
We think our take on a the "Blue Plate" is in keeping with the original intent: hearty, delicious and elegantly simple comfort food classics that we all love.
