Nitty Gritty

• Package prices are based on a minimum of 50 guests.

• Each menu includes one 6’ barbecue & propane, 6’ tables with linen to display food, 10’ x 10’ pop-up tents to cover the food area, chafing dishes to keep the food warm, beverage tubs, compostable paper plates & napkins, biodegradable birch wood cutlery, two BBQ guys to cook, set-up, serve and take it all away.

• We will have separate bins set up for disposal of paper plates, napkins and cutlery, as well as a separate bin for recyclable bottles, cans and plastic.

• Service staff is based on a 5 hour timeline and includes travel time within Vancouver. Events taking place outside of Vancouver will be subject to an additional travel fee.
  

• To recap: everything you'll need for your BBQ is included in the pricing for the package BBQ menus: equipment, staff and gratuity. Price does not include applicable taxes.
